High quality alcohol made with the T500 can be used to make commercial grade, clear spirits such as Gin, White Rum and Vodka as well as any of the other spirits and liqueurs in the still.
Although the T500 can safely distill both water and alcohol - YOU MUST NOT USE IT FOR ALCOHOL DISTILLING IN IRELAND/ UK without the necessary licences to do so. Alcohol distilling where legal works fine.
