This homebrew hop variety is most unique. It has the most complex hop flavour you are ever likely to experience. It has aromas of passion fruit, apricot, intense pine and wood. Dual purpose but generally considered a bittering hop. Used in American Ales, IPAs and Double IPAs. It can be used in most styles if you want to experiment.
Can be substituted with Amarillo, Cascade or Centennial although a blend of all three might get you close. If you are curious you should try this in a beer. You won’t be disappointed.
