Nice soft mouthfeel with flavours of honeydew melon, strawberries, papaya and peach, would possibly be improved by using an alternative yeast like London ale lll, verdant or whc saturated as the US 05 provided flocculates and drys the beer out slightly too much and misses out on the thick body that I'd personally associate with the style, but all in all a good beer and good value
