Another fine kit from Bruphoria! Each kit comes personally assembled by one of the team (whoever you are, you're doing a fine job!) and contains liquid malt, hop extract, yeast plus 3 individual hop packets. Despite adding all this hop goodness, the finished product has a very subtle taste, not the strong citrus notes of some of the other kits. I tend to agree with a previous reviewer - it does tend to feel more like a 4.2% brew rather than the claimed 4.5%. As such, it does much to meet the claimed session beer status. As advised, it would probably be fabulous chilled - it is a lovely light refreshing beer - but being a true Brit, I drink mine at room temperature and still enjoy it. All of the Bruphoria kits I have tried have all been excellent value and quality - I just wish a few more customers would send in reviews to help new customers decide. If, like me, you are ordering from the UK (this company is based in Eire) you are allowed up to £135 before paying import, vat or customs duties - so that would allow you about 4 kits plus postage.
