This homebrew Saison has a rich golden hue,
brewed with truly authentic German Pilsner malt, pale wheat, munich and a little light caramel malt. Our Saison
is hopped with some nugget and admiral hops. It is fermented with a traditional
saison yeast strain. This Saison exhibits notes of spice and tropical fruit in
the aroma. Citrus and a peppery spice dominate the flavor and make way for a
pleasant malt character. It is full bodied with a remarkably dry finish. 5.8% AB.
