Used
in "Hefe-Weizen", Pale Ale, Golden Ale, October Beer, Nourishing Beer
and "Maibock" amongst many others. This grain produces a fuller body,
improved aroma and aids good head retention. It is also used for a full, round
flavour and a deep saturated color.
