Caramel Munich II is our mid range Munich caramel: very "caramely", adding deep colour, increasing foam stability. In addition, it enhances the full-bodied character of the beer with intensive nut flavours.
Use
Perfectly suited for lager, Märzen, wheat beer, dark beer, bock as well as for other beers.
Usage Rate
Up to 50% of the grain bill.
